Lost Remote, Replacement worked immediately!

Had an old projector screen that we bought and didn't have a remote. So I contacted customer service with the serial number and they showed me this remote. Somehow, after years of this projector banging around, rolled up manually, and abused, the remote worked first try, no issues with bluetooth at all. Very impressed!

New remote works!

Our remote of 10 years finally wore out so we ordered a new one. The process was easy and remote arrived in a few days.
Simply press and hold the up button until the light flashes unplug the screen then plug it back in and the screen responded with an up/down gesture.

Ordered two new remotes for projector screens at work. When received, they didn't look completely brand new and unused, as there was a scratch on one of them, but they work and we were able to connect them pretty easily.

I bought this remote as a replacement from the original kit I had purchased with my screen. The remote works great as a trigger to automatically drop and raise the screen when the projector is operated. I hope it lasts longer than the original remote. As others have mentioned, the cost for the remote is pricey.

Works, easy setup but PRICEY

Had to replace my 3 year old remote that came with my screen. Was shocked at the price to replace a 3yo remote that serves a basic function (up/down/stop) and should have a life span longer than 3 years, yikes! But to charge $64 is...crazy lol
