I own 2 Elite screens and when the smaller screen was damaged I was able to replace it with a new one without having to purchase the frame and stand. I was guided through the replacement process with the help of Elite Screens customer service to make sure I received the correct replacement screen. Thank You!
Purchased this screen for a church and it gets the job done. No issues with daytime viewing.
I've had my screen since 2021. I installed it myself. Sometimes it cycles 7 or 8 times a week. Sometimes a little less. It stopped working a couple of weeks ago. I asked the tech people about it and they guided me through diagnosing the problem. A new RF circuit box was ordered that I installed per instructions from the tech people. It worked on the first try.
I think the screen is nicely designed and it works reliably. The fact that it is repairable is a plus for me.
If you are looking for a budget way to get a projector screen, look no further. Very happy.
Recently had the pleasure of installing a 150" Elite Screen with all the bells and whistles for a client. The Theater design changed and so adjustments needed to be made. In the process of moving the screen the main control board was inexplicably damaged. When replacement board was received it wouldn't pair and another board was in the process of being sent before the phone was even put down, 20 minutes after that one was received, my client was viewing 4k laser on a magnificent screen.
Now I understand how this may not seem like an experience one would expect from a 5 star review. In my experience though problems with a product are rarely the issue, it's how they are dealt with that one should be concerned with. Having 20 plus years of design, engineering, and manufacturing knowledge, I've seen the best of vendors as well as the worst. When a vendor is more proactive about the problem than the client, it's a good sign. The technical support and customer service went above and beyond. They were thorough, knowledgeable, and truly cared about making sure the product could be enjoyed as it should. Bottom line Elite Screens back there product without question. They are deserving of the pride in quality that they have in their products.
I was having trouble with my screen . The remote control wasn't working . I called customer support many times and no one answered the phone . Finally a friendly customer support member by the name Juan Reyes really helped me out . He explained what the issue can be and helped me alot in ordering the right parts . He helped me alot on making sure i am getting the parts delivered in 24 hours since it was an emergency . He really went out of his comfort zone to help me , he deserves a huge raise and Elite screens should be happy that they have such a person on their team .
although the circuit board did not resolve our issue with the screen. It was shipped quickly and arrived on time once we were able to communicate with Elite Screens.
All communication is accomplished through email.
I had a manual series shipped all the way to Hawaii. Incredibly well packaged and arrive in perfect condition. Using this screen with a BENQ short throw laser projector (not recommended) and the picture is bright, vivid, and clear. No noticeable distortion for anything I watch. Incredibly happy with the picture quality and smooth manual deployment and retracting mechanism. Great customer service and communication with Ben at Elite Screens.
Left my screen outside overnight, and one of the legs got bent due to the wind (and not having it anchored properly). Needed replacement leg in less than 7 days, and received within 3 days of placing the order.
My client had an issue with the motor on the screen not functioning properly. Their service team was very helpful with remote troubleshooting, but it was determined that it needed service. We are located close to their Garden Grove service center, so we brought it in and the service team took care of it quickly, all under warranty. Highly recommend their service.
We purchased this screen originally in 2010 and after many uses it's been sturdy and durable up until some raccoons decided to knock it down from storage. At that point, the end caps were cracked and broken from the fall; and we were worried that the replacement parts would no longer be available, but to our surprise they were! Not only was customer service quick to respond, but the parts arrived quicker than expected! Would highly recommend this company for your projector screen needs!
Easy to replace. I read previous reviews and asked for the instructions to be emailed to me. Otherwise, you won't know how man times to pre-wind the spring because it does not come with instructions. Be sure to wind it about 15 times to ensure a good tension to allow the screen to roll up automatically.
This is one of the reliable easy to install automatic screen with amazing quality. No creases, no defects, absolutely perfect. Loved the multiple remotes too.
I’m a 125-pound lady and can easily carry this around. It’s so easy to lift the screen out of the case. Just make sure you have transportation that will fit such a long screen if you’re transporting it! 5/5 stars
Fixed the screen. My only complaint is that it doesn't come with basic instructions, including the necessary method of tensioning the spring. Because of that I wound up with a crinkled screen that is visibly wrinkled during bright scenes. All it would take is a plain one sheet of paper with simple explanations on one page, inserted in with the spring. It took a few hours hunting on google watching YouTube videos before I found out why my screen wasn't working after installing the spring. Beyond cheap and lazy. To top it off, there was no way to find such basic information from Elite Screens.
Worked with the help team at Elite Screens and they quickly responded with the remote I needed. It worked as it should when it arrived.
This circuit board is easy to replace just follow the instructions , but the distance of a remote is less than the original one !
Excellent quality and everything you need to assemble. Was easy to assemble and hang. Works great for our short throw Samsung. Now we see why it's promoted by Samsung. Looks great in our conference room. My pictures don't do it justice.
I bought a remote controlled elite screen 17 years ago, after my Tv was stolen and I moved to a projector. We moved it a year later, and have been using it until early 2024. it was still going strong, but some of the plastic was breaking on the side from years of daily use, so we came back, and got the current version of the same screen. It’s a bit wider, a bit clearer, and a lot quieter. Took us no time to set it up. And you can’t beat the price. Looking forward to this one serving us well!
I order 2 samples, but they are so small you really can't tell the difference between the 2 and my original screen.
