I ordered the 80" version of the manual B screen and highly recommend it. We have a small den, and this size was perfect for my new Xgimi Horizon 20 projector. Colors appear bright and vibrant on the screen, too.

I needed to replace the original spring after my kids had messed with it. I like that they make sure the piece is the right one by asking for serial numbers. The first replacement part unfortunately didn't work (it would not lock in place when pulled down), but after a single email they sent me another one which worked perfectly! I'm glad they were so responsive and fixed my problems without hassle.

I had a basic pull down screen for my projector that was ok but didn't really stand it. The cinegrey fixed screen is a significant improvement albeit assembly was a bit more challenging than I expected, and I enjoy putting things together (make sure you have plenty of room on all sides when assembling, it will make life easier) and, not surprisingly at this size, it was not an easy mount without assistance but with patience it worked. Firstly, at 120" it allows my projector room to display it's capabilities. The grey disappears on the direct viewing that I have it set up for and it really shines with 4k Panasonic videos. I find it a little distracting however for lower quality projections as the multiple pinpoint holes in the screen do not always disappear from view. I did expect it to provide a brighter picture based on the descriptions of how it absorbs inspect light but reflects back direct projected light but, it is not bad and I can view easily with all the lights on, though I don't given the improved picture when I only have a necessary light that is behind the projector.

Two short pieces of wire for over $80, this is abject usury. To make matters worse the IR eye is one sided, 180 degrees not 360 degrees. This rip off has me considering never ever buying from Elite again.

Our remote of 10 years finally wore out so we ordered a new one. The process was easy and remote arrived in a few days.
Simply press and hold the up button until the light flashes unplug the screen then plug it back in and the screen responded with an up/down gesture.

Our new remote works perfectly!

Purchased CL2 100” cut. Extremely well packaged. I opted to go the cheap route and mount it to a DIY wood frame and plywood sheet using contact cement (spray glue ) to secure it. Nails alone do not provide the required tension to keep the screen material perfectly flat (remember ULT projectors are unforgiving ). It was a trial and error processor which worked out in the end. Recommended!

We went with the 200" and it has proven to be great for viewing both 2D and 3D movies. The screen is flat and all areas of the image are in focus. Good materials, no plastic parts. The velvet border works very well at absorbing any light from over projection. 1.3 reflectivity is great for our setup as we are using a Standard Throw projector. The spring system keeps the screen flat as promised.

Ordered screen after alot of research , I wanted quality and something that would last for year . Got the screen in a timely manner , packaged well and no issues . Came in one solid piece very easy to install, two people needed because it is quite heavy . I love how it opens automatically when you turn projector on. After a day I noticed the screen was not completely retracting, there was about a half once gap exposing the inside, I emailed support , sent pics and a video , the support guy was zero help , he said this appears to be normal , I said there is no way this is normal , after 3 emails and zero help from this guy my wife called the support number , this supper agent was a huge help, he emailed me exactly how to fix the issue while on the phone with her , simple adjustment with an Allen wrench , he even offered to video call to walk me through it , I ended up doing my self , took 10 sec and now works
perfect. He emailed me next day to follow up and I said it’s fixed and thank you for your help, he still insist on doing a video call just to make sure it is perfect and I solid not over tighten as that would affect the longevity of the screen , while I am sure it is right I am still going to video call with him as I want this to last , so what started as a bad experience has turned into a great one , maybe first guy is new or something. Ordered two new remotes for projector screens at work. When received, they didn't look completely brand new and unused, as there was a scratch on one of them, but they work and we were able to connect them pretty easily.

I love having the ability to set up a beautiful 10' screen anywhere I want. The rigid frame and perimeter snaps insure a taut and flat projection surface. The adjustable height offers plenty of versatility. And best of all, it's super easy to set up and take down. The case does a good job protecting things while remaining compact for east transport and storage.

The circuit was exactly as the original. Replaced it with no issues and the screen works as it did when new

I left the screen itself in Africa, and two years later I ordered a replacement and it was perfect.

Ordered new legs for my screen without a upc or model number, they didn’t want to send it, I assume they’ve had a lot of returns. Spoke to a rep and he agreed to ship them (I said I was sure they were the correct ones). They arrived in good order and were a match. Have used the screen for years, no complaints - leg broke because it was left out in wind and fell over while the leg was trapped under something.

First Impression: Screen material looks and feels nice and durable. Nicely packed.
Once my dyi frame is ready and screen tested I'll return with an update.

Bought my Elite Screen 15 years go, still works like a charm. Had to replace the RI receiver due to solar degradation. The new unit was ordered, received, installed and work great.

Juan Reyes was incredible in his support when I needed replacement end pieces for a screen that is no longer sold. He went over and beyond to find me end caps that worked and I’m back in action . Elite makes top-of-the-line screens and I really wanted to get this one fixed and he came through! Thanks Juan!
