My in-ceiling Elite screen started having problems raising back up after use. For a while cycling the power would resolve the issue however, eventually even that stopped working.
Thankfully, I always keep the labels on shipping boxes that indicate all the model # and SN # information for future reference. I ordered a replacement circuit board, provided a picture of this shipping label to ensure I would receive the correct circuit board. When the circuit board arrived, I followed the included instructions (which were easy to follow and specific for my model screen) and now my screen works perfect again.
My only negative comment is I wish there were faster shipping options. My screen was stuck in the down position and blocked my front door, as a result we were left to either use the rear door or "do the limbo" in order to leave the house for a week while waiting for the circuit board to arrive.
I just ordered a spare electronic circuit board so I do not have to wait ...in case this happens again ;-)
Customer service was great in getting back to me (instructions and directives) for what part to order when the screen stopped extending & retracing [no motor noise/operation]. [My] Maintenance team replaced the circuit board and we are back up and running! Overall, the process was super easy and ordering/shipping was quick, too!
Absolutely thrilled with my Elite Screens Yard Master 2. Setup is quick and easy, the frame feels sturdy and well made, and the screen material looks fantastic. The picture is bright, sharp, and evenly displayed, and it made a noticeable difference in my projector setup. Easily one of the best screens I’ve owned and highly recommended for any outdoor or large scale setup.
I am absolutely impressed with elite screens, not only did Juan Reyes make sure that I got the correct part. He also made sure that I had the directions and videos to put this in myself. I think it’s wonderful that your business still has that personal touch and I talk to a human being rather than a machine. Instructions should make clear the light strips should be installed FIRST, before installing screen material. Wire for IR sensor is about 1-2 inches too short.
Looks amazing but I have some issues with instructions and installation. 1) Pictures of spring placement was ambiguous at best. 2) Center brace kept falling out when trying to hang on wall, had to gorilla tape in place. 3) wall anchors were terrible and instructions had no pilot hole dimensions noted. 4) After studying the instructions for light kit it was obvious that light must be installed before screen material. Did it in that order and had no issues.
Worked without an issue, pairing it was easy enough.
This worked perfectly! The irdering orocess was easy and I appreciated the added validation that was requested to make sure I ordered the right part. Super easy install that worked like a charm.

After owning a 100 inch screen for 5 years.
I started to have an issue with the up and down operation.
Called the company and they were able to diagnose the problem.
Once the part arrived and with their instructions 10 minutes later my screen is working again!
Had an old projector screen that we bought and didn't have a remote. So I contacted customer service with the serial number and they showed me this remote. Somehow, after years of this projector banging around, rolled up manually, and abused, the remote worked first try, no issues with bluetooth at all. Very impressed!
Good quality screen. I had to buy the extra brackets to separate it some from the wall. Now my movie watching set up is much better.
Great communication with the company they double check to ensure I was ordering the right part. My screen is back in action.

I’ll be honest, I was a little apprehensive at first before buying this screen. There are so many options out there, and it’s hard to know if the quality will actually match the pictures and reviews. But after finally pulling the trigger, I can honestly say I’m super satisfied with this purchase.
The quality exceeded my expectations. The screen material looks great, the build feels solid, and the picture quality on my projector instantly looked cleaner, brighter, and more professional compared to using a wall. Setup was easier than expected, and once everything was up, it completely changed the feel of my media room.

Storm blew out the high voltage side of my controller. This replacement is all I needed.
My Elite Screens Evanesce B, 92" 16:9, Recessed in-Ceiling Electric Projector Screen was purchased and installed in May 2022. I use it with the RF remote triggered from the projector.
Everything worked fine until a few weeks ago, when the screen started acting up, failing to raise, and eventually stopped working altogether. I tried the troubleshooting steps, including using the keypad on the receiver, the IR remote, and a 9-volt battery on the input terminals, but with no success, which indicated the circuit board was bad.
I ordered the replacement circuit board. It was easy to replace, with only 4 screws holding it in. After installation and pairing the RF remote, it worked again.
Pricing was fair, and the order arrived as expected.
Ordering my part was fine. The problem was when I emailed for advice as to how to fix my screen the answer came after waiting 10 days. I would deem that response rather slow. But, I'm thankful that I at least got a response.
