the screen is looking great, the screen needed some adjustments, fortunately Juan Reyes helped me with the entire process, now the screen is working perfectly and the customer service is so professional!!!!
I ordered a couple of parts and after the order was placed, I received a follow up email to confirm the parts bought, and if they matched the serial number of the screen. After going through some suggestions and arriving at a logical conclusion, my order was confirmed and dispatched, and arrived within the stipulated time advised. Kudos to Juan and his team. I was very impressed.
I had a customer who lost the legs to one of my screens in shipping and I was worried I couldn't get replacement legs. I was happy to see the legs were available on the Elite Screens website.
