More importantly there was an issue that I caused on the unit but the customer support was amazing in resolving it. They were very patient and I actually felt like they cared. I dealt with Juan Reyes who did not stop until I was satisfied and my issue was resolved.
I own 2 Elite screens and when the smaller screen was damaged I was able to replace it with a new one without having to purchase the frame and stand. I was guided through the replacement process with the help of Elite Screens customer service to make sure I received the correct replacement screen. Thank You!
