Elite Screens ezCinema Tab-Tension is a free-standing portable projection screen that is offered now with a tab-tension system. It swiftly pulls up and retracts using a “scissor-backed” free-standing mechanism that requires no extra tools, accessories or effort. This is the perfect “projector screen in a box” for portable presentations on the go. The matte white material has a wide viewing angle and is masked on all 4 sides for enhanced aesthetics and visual contrast. The screen comes with a black backing to eliminate light penetration for brighter image fidelity. The tab-tension design allows the material to be flatter on the sides for compatibility with short-throw projectors.

Brilliant projector screen turned our basement into a mini-cinema

I recently purchased the Elite Screens ezCinema Tab Tension projector screen for my basement mini-cinema setup, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. The 80-inch screen has truly transformed my movie-watching experience, bringing the theatre feel right into my home.One of the standout features of this projector screen is its tab tension system, designed to ensure a perfectly flat surface, free from wrinkles or waves.Setting up the screen was a breeze. The manual floor pull-up design allows for effortless deployment, and the screen smoothly rolls down and locks into place at the desired height. Excellent Screen

I was a bit nervous given the mixed reviews, however, this screen is a great pull up option. I really wanted a pull up option since I have a narrow living room and very high ceiling. This folds away when not being used and really does open up the room. Then at night I have 100 inch wide TV screen that makes me feel like I'm in a movie theater. I paired this with my Epson 3800 and it is impressive to watch. The screen is easy to open and close, though I do need a step stool nearby to reach the top. The screen is flat. No issues with watching shows in daytime (combination of both good screen and projector to combat the daylight).My only complaint is I wish this came in a white case, which would blend in better when closed up.Otherwise, I highly recommend this.

A great projector screen!

Best part about this screen is that it rises from the floor. We have it in our living room, in front of the main window and when we want to watch something the screen is raised to help block the light during the day. When we don't need to watch anything, it collapse and isn't noticeable.
