I've had my screen since 2021. I installed it myself. Sometimes it cycles 7 or 8 times a week. Sometimes a little less. It stopped working a couple of weeks ago. I asked the tech people about it and they guided me through diagnosing the problem. A new RF circuit box was ordered that I installed per instructions from the tech people. It worked on the first try.
I think the screen is nicely designed and it works reliably. The fact that it is repairable is a plus for me.
If you are looking for a budget way to get a projector screen, look no further. Very happy.
Recently had the pleasure of installing a 150" Elite Screen with all the bells and whistles for a client. The Theater design changed and so adjustments needed to be made. In the process of moving the screen the main control board was inexplicably damaged. When replacement board was received it wouldn't pair and another board was in the process of being sent before the phone was even put down, 20 minutes after that one was received, my client was viewing 4k laser on a magnificent screen.
Now I understand how this may not seem like an experience one would expect from a 5 star review. In my experience though problems with a product are rarely the issue, it's how they are dealt with that one should be concerned with. Having 20 plus years of design, engineering, and manufacturing knowledge, I've seen the best of vendors as well as the worst. When a vendor is more proactive about the problem than the client, it's a good sign. The technical support and customer service went above and beyond. They were thorough, knowledgeable, and truly cared about making sure the product could be enjoyed as it should. Bottom line Elite Screens back there product without question. They are deserving of the pride in quality that they have in their products.
