We purchased this screen originally in 2010 and after many uses it's been sturdy and durable up until some raccoons decided to knock it down from storage. At that point, the end caps were cracked and broken from the fall; and we were worried that the replacement parts would no longer be available, but to our surprise they were! Not only was customer service quick to respond, but the parts arrived quicker than expected! Would highly recommend this company for your projector screen needs!
Good design and easy to set up, but I've had it set up for 20+ hours at this point and the original creases are still very visible on the screen. Don't believe the claims that they'll disappear once the screen it stretched.
Easy to replace. I read previous reviews and asked for the instructions to be emailed to me. Otherwise, you won't know how man times to pre-wind the spring because it does not come with instructions. Be sure to wind it about 15 times to ensure a good tension to allow the screen to roll up automatically.
