Great product once assembled BUT: The screen material had a manufacturing issue. The pre-cut holes to slide the tension rods in were NOT cut. I had to take a knife and cut my own small holes to feed the rods in. Only ONE hole was visible. Also the screen material had creases that would have shown up on the screen while in use. I had to spend 2-3hrs with a hair dryer to get them out.. So happy it worked! What a hassle for the price..

Llevo usando esta pantalla por varios meses y en general la puedo recomendar para lugares dedicados para proyector.Estuve buscando la marca Elite Screens con proveedores en Mexico pero después de investigar un poco, salía mas barata por amazon.La pantalla llega muy bien empaquetada. La instalación lleva algo de tiempo, y estuve viendo videos acerca de la instalación para no cometer errores. Prepárate para tener un dolor de uñas durante el siguiente par de días ya que la instalación de la pantalla require estirar la "tela" hasta el marco y atorarla con unos ganchos que requiren hacer presión con la punta de los dedos.Cometí el error de utilizar un martillo como ayuda para atorar los ganchos: NO LO HAGAN, sin querer dañe la tela y se formo un pequeño orificio cerca la de las orillas de la pantalla. Tenía mucho miedo de que el orificio se hiciera mas grande conforme pasara el tiempo, dada la tension en la tela, pero afortunadamente el orificio sigue del mismo tamaño que cuando la instalé y ya pasaron varios meses de eso.También es un poco difícil calcular donde poner los soportes de pared que cargan la pantalla, sobre todo para ponerlos nivelados. La pantalla viene con 3 soportes: dos para la parte superior y uno para la inferior. Yo solo pude los de la parte inferior porque no se que tan fácil sea quitar la pantalla una vez puesto el inferior y no quiero causar mas daño al tratar de quitarla, pues puede que cambie de cuarto en unos años. El no utilizar el soporte inferior causa que la pantalla no este totalmente pegada a la pared de la parte de abajo y eso puede causar problemas de enfoque en el proyector pero en mi caso no he tenido problemas por esto. El uso normal es utilizar los 3 soportes y con esto no tienes ningún problema.La calidad de proyección es significativamente mejor que si se proyectara sobre la pared directamente, anteriormente tenia una pantalla mas grande pero que se enrollaba, y creo que esta de Elite Screens es mucho mejor. La única queja es que los marcos están recubiertos de una tela como terciopelo que es fácil que se le peguen pequeñas pelusas.También la pantalla tiene partes en donde esta un poco arrugada. Solo se ven cuando te acercas a la pantalla y tras contactar a Elite Screen me comentaron que se pueden "planchar" utilizando una secadora de pelo de aire caliente. Al pasarle la secadora el calor hace que la tela se tense y se pierdan las arrugas. Lo hice un poco pero no pareció mejorar la situación. En lo personal no veo que estas arrugas alteren la calidad de proyección.En general la recomiendo, a pesar de no ser una pantalla barata, su precio lo vale para los que quieren un cine en casa prefecto.

Nice screen. Well constructed. Very happy with look and performance of screen. Needs 2 people to assemble. I had another person with me and it took us 30-45 min from start to hanging on wall.

This screen is pretty easy to install make sure you follow directions step by step. Somehow I misunderstood where the wall mounts were supposed to be attached, which is the overall frame size minus the thickness of the metal... Just make sure you follow closely and it is pretty easy. Check out the pictures of my screen in a very bright sunny day with only the front of my room blocked, which the brightness is pretty acceptable, even though I am going to cover the sliding glass door with a curtain which will make the screen perfect...

The clips are not as bad as some other reviews make them out to be. I was able to clip about 90% of them in without issue. Elite includes a small rubber mallet for the troublesome ones. As already suggested, wearing gloves helps.Screen looks great and materiel is perfectly taught with the clip system. Awesome design.

The 2 stars is NOT because I got a used item…at first glance there was some damage, but was not overly concerned since it was going in the garage and would have just taken the Amazon discount.I could tell whoever worked on this before was an angry individual…I didn’t understand until I got to the part where you “easily grab the screen with one hand and snap in the plastic locks with the other”…I was one step away from having to hook the screen up to a toe hitch just to get enough slack to potentially HAMMER one of these plastic locks in. There is absolutely ZERO possibility that one person can put this together, the reason the screen had tears in it was evident, the guy lost it who messed with this before me. Clearly quality control checks are not a thing for this company.That being said, there is a high probability that you will tear this screen upon installation. If that doesn’t happen, the edges will rip off from the edges as the tension is more than the cheap material/glue can hold.I bought Elite Screens Yard Projector Screen and would rate a 5/5…this piece of garbage was engineered by an Elite Screens Engineer drop out, no way this is the same company/quality.The plastic locks do not lock down at a 90* as suggested, they are at an off angle and put a lot of stress on the edges - even if this was miraculously put together without incident, I could not imagine it holding long before a minor tear or glue gives out.A simple rivet system would have worded 100 times better. I had my wife and my neighbor to help with assembly, we are now divorced and I haven’t seen my neighbor in months…all from the stress of putting this projector screen together…It isn’t an overly expensive screen for $1,000…but those plastic locks? My children can engineer better things from their blocks. What a horrific experience. May God judge the person who came up with this design…If you intend to buy this still…may you be blessed with the strength of Zeus himself, the patience of Gandhi and a wife who can swing a hammer while not hitting your fingers. The screen pictured is 110" diag.It's paired with an Epson LS800b.Fantastic tension system that really keeps it flat especially when dealing with ultra short throw. Excellent quality. Construction of the frame and screen are tedious but rightfully so. It isn't your average hang it up and go type setup. It's made for a purpose. We suspended the frame from the rafters with custom hardware. Wall mounting is your preferred method as the frame torque a bit when suspended. We were able to torque it to square and it is looking fantastic. 👌🏻

I ordered the 180" version since that was the maximum size I could fit in my home (it's height is very close to 8 feet height ceilings).Product arrived earlier than it was mentioned on the webpage. The only hiccup was FedEx: the sender added some extra letters to the address and FedEx was too dumb to figure out how to bring the package home, after 10 phone calls with FedEx customer service and explaining to them that the address is correct (I wish I could review FedEx - I'd give them 1 star). The sender could have been more careful here as well, but this is the product review not the sender.Anyway, I picked the package myself - it was well packaged and no damage to the parts happened during shipping. There is a sticker on the package mentioning to not accept if there are obvious marks of break/tear. Unpacking was easy and instructions were good. There are some slightly confusing parts in the instructions: for instance, they mention to fit some parts at certain distances, but the drawing is not up to scale and it makes you wonder if you should respect the distance or the drawing. In this case I went with the distance since they probably reuse the same drawing for different sizes and they save costs this way.Also note some distances are mentioned in metric, which I really liked but some of you might dislike (easy to convert on google).Mounting was easy - I managed to do it myself by following the instructions (despite the suggestion to have 2 people). I've read other customers managed to tear the screen so I was very careful with that part - don't expect mounting it in a few minutes; took me some good hours to have it ready. In the instructions they mention to unfold the screen on a surface then place it in the frame - I suggest you unfold it directly on the frame, so you don't need an extra person for that: the screen is wrapped around a carton cylinder.For this big screen, the frame is quite sturdy, but not perfect, even with the reinforcement bars. Don't expect to move the screen like you would a piece of wood! So be careful when you move it or place it on the wall as it seemed to try to twist/bent at connections- mine seemed to be especially vulnerable midway the longest side.No missing pieces - they even give you some extra screws/springs just in case. The frame is coated with some kind of velvet-like black material which feels very nice and also protects the screen (some of the glued parts came off during transportation but they stick back on easily, so there is not a big deal there).Frame is made from some sort of treated aluminum: the parts are sturdy but they are also a bit flexible.The screen is made of a type vinyl material and the springs stress it nicely. Note, however, that the vinyl material has its specific smell: so if you are worried about VOCs, I'd suggest you leave the screen unfolded for a couple of days - the smell seems to slowly fade away.Bottom line, this screen looks like a professional cinema screen and it's been a dream come true for me.

VERY easy to assemble and install -- picture looks good. The matt white is a little bright - lighter grey better for contrast.

Normally dont bother with reviews but since you ask (Amazon) ... amazing product. Easy to put together and hang. Picture quality is much better than my previous home made screen. Zero wrinkles, black blacks and bright vibrant whites. Worth every penny.

Instructions were very straight forward and easy to follow. Overall look and feel of the screen is great. Projecting onto this versus a wall is day and night. Great in low light environments, and amazing with no light as expected. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a wall mounted screen rather than a hanging motorized screen.Only thing to note, would be the time it took to deliver. I ordered the screen weeks before the Christmas period. Turned out that the company it was being shipped from, did not ship the item in accordance with the time it said it would be sent by. As a result, the screen they did eventually ship out was caught up in the Christmas delays, and arrived weeks later than it was noted on the site.

Every friend is impressed the first time they see my projector screen. The velvet border looks fantastic. It is incredibly easy to assemble and mount.

Looks awesome. Price was ok. Took a while to get here but that's probably because of the size of the box. I had some help putting it together and hanging it. But the end result is great. Everyone compliments the size, look and picture. Definitely happy with the purchase.

Just put it together.Word to the wise, attach in the centers and work your way to the corners. I pulled on a corner and caused a permanent distortion of the fabric. (very close to the edge).So far, so good. Now I have to buy a projector.

Assembly went very well.. get some help when it comes time to put it up on the wall. I had a little trouble because my wall was not completely flat (had to loosen the brackets on the wall a little). Very happy with this screen, completely flat and looks great. Look for the included tools I found them after I was done (haha). If you are putting this in a room that is not completely dark you might want to check out the cinegrey screens... after I got the screen up I wound up starting to work on my light control as the screen is very white.
